Quilted Tote Bag Class --- It was at SWTC Sewing Expo in Fennimore, WI.

We used a “Quilted Tote Bag Kit” to sew the tote bag.  Kits are only available to former students of the classes offered during the year of 2007.  BUT you may order a finished Quilted Tote Bag in just about any color or size!  Scroll down to see samples .... 

The Kit included all pre cut Quilted Fabric, pre cut Pockets, Binding, and Shoulder Strap fabric!   Quilted Fabric was quilted by Marcia on a LongArm Gammill Machine with "Free style" Quilting.  Kits were available in several colors! Most kits were one of a kind, no duplicates!  Marcia, (Marcia’s Crafty Sewing & Quilting) assisted students with every step of making the Tote Bag, from the beginning to completion!  Sewing experience was necessary.  Students learned how to professionally machine stitch/attach the binding and other sewing techniques that made their quilted tote bag look fantastic!  When students finished the class they left with their Quilted Tote Bags over their shoulders!

There are several Quilted Tote Bags on display and for sale in my quilt shop.  Call 608-872-2374 to find out about having one set aside for you or if you want to purchase it and have it mailed to you. Customer pays for the shipping. All Bags have a large button closure.
